This policy explains what information the Physics Maza mobile app ("the app", "we") collects, why, and how it is protected. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account details you enter: full name, mobile number, email address, class (11th / 12th / Repeater) and exam goal (HSC Boards / MHT-CET).
• Learning activity: lectures you open, DPPs you mark as done, your test answers and scores, and the batches you are enrolled in.
• Doubts: the questions you send to the teacher and any photo you attach.
• Access requests: the batch you ask the teacher to unlock. The app does not take payments and does not collect card, UPI or bank details.
• Device permissions: the camera and photo gallery are used only when you choose to attach a photo to a doubt (and, for the teacher, a figure to a test question). We do not access your contacts, location or microphone.

2. How we use it

• To create your account, let you log in and show the batches you have access to.
• To show your progress, test results and leaderboard rank.
• To let the teacher answer your doubts and unlock the batches you have joined.
• To contact you about your batch, fees or classes (for example on WhatsApp or by phone).

We do not sell your information and we do not show advertisements.

3. What other students can see

On test leaderboards, other students can see your name and score for that test. Nothing else from your account is shown to other students.

4. Where your data is stored

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions) stores your account, activity, doubts and photos. Google may process this data on servers outside India.
• Bunny.net (Bunny Stream) delivers lecture videos. When you play a lecture, your device connects to Bunny's servers.

Access to your data is restricted by security rules: you can only read your own account and activity, and only the teacher account can see all students' details.

5. Children

The app is meant for students of Class 11, Class 12 and repeaters, some of whom may be under 18. If you are under 18, please use the app with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.

6. Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data while your account is active.

Delete your account in the app: open the menu (☰) and tap Delete my account, then confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your profile, mobile number, progress, test results, doubts (including photos), access requests and batch access.

Without the app: send a message from your registered mobile number to the contact details below asking us to delete your account. We will delete it within 30 days. You can also contact us to correct your details.
